  • Direct Contacts (Email and Phone): The optional and voluntary sending of messages to the email addresses or phone numbers indicated on this website implies the subsequent acquisition of the sender's data, which is necessary to respond to requests for information or quotes.
  • Contact via WhatsApp Business: Using the WhatsApp Business channel for customer support involves the acquisition of the sender's phone number, profile name, and the content of the exchanged messages. This data is processed exclusively to provide quick assistance, manage requests for information, quotes, or modifications regarding stays, and to provide pre- and post-sales assistance.
