This one-bedroom apartment is located on the fifth and top floor of the building. It features a furnished terrace offering a stunning view of the Basilica of Santo Spirito, beautiful private gardens, and the Oltrarno district.
It consists of two rooms: a bedroom with a double bed and a lovely view of the Oltrarno, and a dining area with a table and a fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom includes a shower.

- Check-out: by 10:30 AM
- Reception hours: from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- Late Check-in: if you plan to arrive after 7:00 PM, please let us know via email, phone, or WhatsApp to arrange a time.
- Self Check-in: available upon request. We will provide detailed access instructions.
- Luggage storage: free of charge for early arrivals or if needed after check-out.
👶 Children and Extra Beds
Children of all ages are more than welcome.
When booking, please let us know how many children are traveling with you and their ages. This helps us ensure you get the correct pricing and the most suitable accommodation for your needs.
- Free baby cot for children up to 2 years old: please request this in advance as availability is limited.
- Extra Beds: additional charges may apply for children using extra beds, where available.
- High chair and baby bath: these are provided free of charge; please let us know if you need them when booking, as availability is limited.
💳 Security Deposit
A security deposit may be required for your stay:
- When: at check-in
- Amount: € 250.00
- Method: Credit card
- Refund: automatically credited back to the original account on the day of check-out, following an apartment inspection.
📝 Useful Information
- Minimum age: the primary guest checking in must be at least 18 years old. Minors are welcome only when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- Quiet hours: from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM
- On-site payments: Cash or Credit card
- Housekeeping: daily cleaning service is not provided; final cleaning is included in your stay.
- Fully equipped kitchen: the kitchen is at your disposal and should be left clean upon departure.
- Meals: breakfast and other meals are not provided.
- Pets: Not allowed
- Service animals: always welcome; please inform us at the time of booking.
